Did you ever see a more Instagrammable hot beverage than Costa Coffee’s Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate? I mean, it’s pink, for Pete’s sake!
This dreamy hot chocolate is made from ruby cocoa beans, which are naturally pink in colour and have a fruity taste to them. So, that’s what gives the drink its amazing baby pink colour and its hint-of-berry flavour. With a swirl of whipped cream and some pink chocolate curls on there, and you know it’s #grid time.
As well as this fit-for-a-princess drink, which costs £3.35, Costa also has three other new hot drinks to shout about: a Coconut Latte (£2.55) a Coconut Flat White (£2.70) and a Coconut Hot Chocolate (£3.35).

Hungry? How about Costa’s new vegan toastie? The Vegan Smoky Ham & CheeZe Toastie is made up of Quorn Smoky Ham and tasty melted CheeZe, which has been sandwiched between two slices of freshly toasted golden vegan bread. It will set you back £2.95.
Going back to hot drinks for a second, Starbucks has also launched three exciting new beverages. The Macchiato trio consists of three flavours: Vanilla Bean Macchiato, Roasted Hazelnut Macchiato and Golden Honey Macchiato.
Available now, these coffees "have been crafted to pair and complement the flavour of the Starbucks Blonde® Roast, which is a smoother, lighter roast that whilst mellow, still packs a punch. It’s softer on the palette with light notes of citrus, a great alternative to the Signature Roast.” Sounds impressive.
