Last week, Santa Cruz’s White Label Chocolate, a bean to bar chocolate line, won a “West region” Good Food Award for its “58% Brown Butter Milk.” From more than 1,800 Good Food Awards entrants, three winners were chosen in several categories, in each US region: North, South, East, West and Central. Mutari Chocolate—which specializes in ethically sourced single origin craft hot chocolate—launched White Label Chocolate in 2017.
